INTERIORS OF RESIDENTIAL HOUSE AFTER REMODELING

context

A harmonious space inspired by nature

/01

Continuation of the development of a living space for a family of 11 people. We set ourselves the task of not just designing an interior, but creating a harmonious space that reflects the needs and requirements of each member of the family.

Inspired by the beauty of nature, we used plywood that references a frame-built home, a stone texture that embodies the foundation, and restrained hues of enameled surfaces and furniture fronts from Fenix.

Multifunctional space in a home for a multi-generational family

/02
We didn't just renovate the space, but took into account every detail to make it as practical and cozy as possible for a multi-generational family. Modular furniture in the hallway became not only functional, but also compositionally connected with the openings, creating a unified whole.
The balcony became a great vantage point to the picturesque surroundings and a convenient connection to the BBQ area.

We moved the dining room from the kitchen-living room to comfortably seat the entire family at the dining table and even implement a guest seating scenario.
In the kitchen, in addition to the standard equipment, it was possible to organize a comfortable multifunctional area with a half-top. We wanted to "seamlessly" combine the kitchen, living room and staircase unit both visually and in terms of movement logic. The last one accommodated storage and a mini-cabinet for the older generation.
The hallway is closed by a block of a guest bathroom and a senior bathroom. In the finishes, the emphasis is on graphic solutions against a background of restrained colors.

Comfortable rooms for family members of all ages

On the first floor, rooms for the teenager and the older generation were designed, where soft, hard-wearing carpets will provide pleasant tactile experience, additional acoustic comfort and visually expand the space due to the absence of seams. Birch plywood wall panels add coziness, micro humidity control and a pleasant wood smell.

A whole world for children to play and learn on the second floor of the house

/03
The second floor has been transformed into a recreation and learning area for the children. Here, even the corridor has become balanced thanks to integrated lighting and doors with invisible box and birch veneer on both facades.
The hidden «floating» skirting board also adds a graphic touch to the solutions. We created master bedrooms and children's rooms with customization in mind, ensuring not only beauty and aesthetics, but also practicality in every corner.
Cozy rooms for boys and girls

A nursery for two girls with plenty of storage for clothes. The study area features a long cantilevered desk with natural light. Organizers for school supplies, shelves for books and textbooks, nothing has been forgotten. Sofas combined with beds will allow you to accept and comfortably place a decent number of girlfriends)

Children's room for two boys is planned so that each had an individual place for classes and joint for activiti. Excellent insolation of each workplace is an essential component of productive thought processes, and the opportunity to take a break and enjoy the beautiful view from the window — can be a great exercise for the eyes. One of the children's beds includes an additional pull-out sleeper.
Minimalism and interior functionality
The two master bedrooms are also quite minimalist and functional. All elements are compositional extensions of each other. Colors and textures are subdued, but textures bring different tactile experiences and complement the dynamics of light and shadow patterns that change with the time of day.
The northwest portion of the second floor became the space for the laundry room and a spare guest room adjacent to the bathroom. Here we continued the theme of minimalism, creating a functional and aesthetically pleasing space.
In every room, in every detail, we wanted harmony and coziness to make this a cozy space for the whole family.
