A short personal trajectory that deserves applause: foreign language teacher in Orel → translator in India → translator at a Soviet-Italian joint venture (the future Kerama Marazzi factory) → management roles → president of a group of companies. Under her leadership, the company went through the difficult years of the “junction of eras,” maintained its momentum, and became an industry benchmark. Not only the result is inspiring, but also the style of thinking.
