The art of architectural design: complex solutions in a small area

When creating the planning structure, the bureau's architects even took into account the presence of three household rooms, demonstrating how even on 74 square meters it is possible to create a space that combines functionality and amazing comfort.
Despite the size of the apartment, the bureau's architects took into account a small entrance hall with a banquette, a closet and a niche closet, a guest bathroom, a kitchen-dining room with a living room and a bedroom with its own bathroom.

The bar counter, also the main dining space, became the element that marked the conventional boundaries of the kitchen and living room.
In this usage scenario, complex communications between the rooms are excluded. The complex U-shaped kitchen accommodates all the functions requested by the customer, and even the styler.

Soundproofing and smart technology in the bedroom

The bedroom was soundproofed on all planes with minimal expense. The smart home was not left out either. On the basis of Legrand equipment we realized its Lite-version in each room. Also on the aluminum profile basis we made a mount for it and added ceiling lighting around the perimeter, which visually increased the already considerable height of the ceiling.
In the project we used a new magnetic track system from a well-known manufacturer. Also, for the first time in the region, a new series of doors from a well-known brand was ordered as compartment doors.

Gypsum products were used in the room to create micro-regulation of humidity. The hidden door to the bathroom gives away its presence in almost no way. A whirlpool bathtub is also installed here. Each riser has manholes hidden behind the finishes and mandatory leak protection. These elements are an integral part of our projects.
