Public spaces for RC «Finnish Quarter»

Scandinavian style of public spaces: convenience and minimalism

Architectural bureau designed the interior project of public spaces in the Finnish Quarter residential complex created by VDK and located on Klenovaya Street 1 in the village of Yamnoye, Ramonsky District.

The concept was based on elements of Finnish culture, minimalistic and laconic Scandinavian design with the use of materials referring to their natural origin.

The main design solutions adopted were universal for all entrances. Decorative elements and informative and cognitive component are responsible for their individuality.
Creating a comfortable space for the inhabitants of each block

The rooms used restrained colors with natural textures such as warm wood tones, monochromatic terrazzo and stabilized jagel.

Small details such as shelves for stuff when picking up mail or waiting for the elevator, as well as convenient wheelchairs and clear navigation were provided for the convenience of the inhabitants.

Acoustic board ceilings eliminate echoes and make rooms more cozy. Non-intrusive LED lighting with high CRI will softly fill the entire space, creating a comfortable environment for the inhabitants.

All the technical specifications were met as accurately as possible to create a comfortable and memorable space for the inhabitants of the Finnish Quarter.
