The rooms used restrained colors with natural textures such as warm wood tones, monochromatic terrazzo and stabilized jagel.

Small details such as shelves for stuff when picking up mail or waiting for the elevator, as well as convenient wheelchairs and clear navigation were provided for the convenience of the inhabitants.

Acoustic board ceilings eliminate echoes and make rooms more cozy. Non-intrusive LED lighting with high CRI will softly fill the entire space, creating a comfortable environment for the inhabitants.

All the technical specifications were met as accurately as possible to create a comfortable and memorable space for the inhabitants of the Finnish Quarter.
